Election in Forenet Kredit
Bondholder and member election are held at the same time.
Bondholder election
Annual elections
Bondholder elections are conducted among bondholders holding Nykredit or Totalkredit bonds worth at least DKK 50,000 on the 28th of December. If you hold bonds worth at least DKK 50,000, you are eligible (i.e. you can become a candidate) and have the right to vote (i.e. you can cast your vote) at the bondholder election. See the relevant bonds in Articles 4 and 24 of our Articles of Association.
Members to the Committee of Representatives are elected by and among the bondholders once a year for a term of four years. Eight bondholders are elected to the Committee of Representatives in even years, and seven bondholders are elected in uneven years.
30 of the 104 members of the Committee of Representatives are elected by and among the bondholders.
Can I vote at or stand as candidate at the bondholder election?
You are entitled to vote and stand as candidate at the bondholder election if you hold Nykredit or Totalkredit bonds worth at least DKK 50,000.

You can stand as candidate at an election, provided that you have not turned 70 by 1 January in the relevant election year.
Last but not least, you can stand as candidate for an election, provided that you are not employed with the Nykredit Group or other mortgage banks or any of its consolidated companies, and provided that you have not inflicted a loss on or had payments in arrears to any of the Nykredit Group companies.
