Committee of Representatives
Most members of the Committee of Representatives are elected by and among Forenet Kredit’s members.
What is the Committee of Representatives?
The Committee of Representatives is the ultimate authority of Forenet Kredit and is composed of 104 members. The committee is tasked with electing members to Forenet Kredit’s Board of Directors and approving Forenet Kredit’s annual reports and amendments made to the association’s Articles of Association.
From 2018, the 104 members are elected as follows:
70 representatives are elected by and among the members of Forenet Kredit. From among the 70 representatives, 35 representatives are elected by the Personal Customers electoral group, and 35 representatives are elected by the Business Customers electoral group. Members are elected to the Committee of Representatives in the Committee’s seven voting districts on a rotational basis – typically two voting districts per year.
30 representatives are elected by and among bondholders.
4 representatives are elected by and among the staff of Nykredit Realkredit A/S.
The Committee of Representatives convene at least twice a year at the time of the publication of the Nykredit Group’s annual and interim reports.
Members of the Committee of Representatives each receive an annual fee of DKK 30,000 for their work.
